1. Please present your passport or identity card for check-in procedure. Your passport or identity card will be kept by our hotel until checking-out.
2. Weapons, toxicant, explosives, inflammables, drugs, pets and foul-smelling objects are not allowed in the hotel and the hotel rooms.
3. All of your valuables and money shall be deposited at the reception desk. The hotel should not be responsible for any loss or damage of which are not deposited at the Reception.
4. Please do not change rooms, add more person or receive visitors in the room without prior notice to the reception staff, the latest visitors should leave before 21.00 p.m.
5. Please do not cook, clean, iron in the room or hand out the window.
6. Please do not remove, reposition or bring any equipments out of the hotel.
7. Please remember to switch off all electric, water equipments, lock the door carefully before leaving the room and leave your room key at the Reception Desk when going out.
8. Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m., check-out time is before 12.00 noon. Late check-out until 17.00 p.m. will incur a surcharge equal to 50%, late check-out over 17.00 p.m. will incur a surcharge equal to 100% full day rate. Early check-in or late check-out will be confirmed subject to availability.
9. Please settle your bill, return the room key and collect your passport or identity card before leaving the hotel.
10. Compensation is required in case you cause any loss or damage to the hotel properties during your stay. Values are recorded in the list attached in this information kit.
11. Do not make noise. All exciting activities must be finished before 22.00 p.m.
